Grilled Shrimp “Boil” Foil Packs

I love, love, love a good shrimp boil.  But you know what I love even more?  An easy dinner.
Foil packs are a great way to make your favorite recipe ahead of time, throw it on the grill, and have dinner ready in a matter of minutes.  The perfect meal for busy mamas!

This recipe would make a great make-ahead meal for camping, too!


Shrimp Boil Foil Packs | Make-Ahead Camping + Grilling Recipe

  • Corn on the cob, cut into fours
  • Small redskin potatoes
  • Andouille sausage, cut into 2 inch pieces
  • Uncooked shrimp, peeled, de-tailed, and deveined
  • Salted butter, cut into 1/2 tablespoon slices
  • Olive Oil
  • Shrimp Boil Seasoning
  • Salt + Pepper
  • Foil


Cut foil into large square sheets.  Fill each sheet with an even amount of corn, potatoes, shrimp, and sausage.  Add a slice of butter to each pack and drizzle with olive oil.  Sprinkle with seasoning (about a teaspoon per pack).  Wrap the pack so that it is completely sealed.  Cook on the grill for 20 minutes.  Season with salt and pepper before serving.
