With kids, it’s always a difficult task keeping the clutter under control. If your little ones are into arts and crafts, you know where I’m coming from. I’ve heard many parents ask this same question..
“What do I do with all my kids’ artwork?”
There’s only so much room on the fridge, right? But it’s so cute! So what do you do with it?
Here is my cute, practical, and frugal solution.
We already had the owl chalkboard decal (similar here) on this wall in our kitchen. The wall has needed something else for years, but I was waiting for the perfect solution. With this DIY project, I killed 2 bird with one stone. I simply nailed some dollar store clipboards to the wall. We now can rotate the kids’ artwork to change up the space as often as we want. We can also update the chalkboard quote to fit the season.
Mama’s tip: You might need to add some double-sided tape to the bottoms of the clipboards so that they lay flat against the wall.
Any artwork that has been retired from the display, I hole punch and add to binders. One day I’ll give the kids their many binders full of arts and crafts projects, whether they appreciate them or not. 😉
Do you have any creative, budget-friendly solutions for displaying kids’ artwork?
